Had Nate come over and he gave me an estimate for repairing a water leak under the kitchen sink. It was a main line before the shut offs and under the concrete slab. Nate gave me the estimate and explained what he was going to do. He came the next day and repaired 2 pipes and showed me everything before he did it. I will have Nate come back to do any repairs I need and can’t do myself. He is very professional and explains everything. Thank for the great work Nate.

First the office staff were wonderful to work with. They kept me in the know about the arrival of their technician. Connor was a very respectful and hard working young man. He went above and beyond trying to solve the issue that turned out to be a section of rebar that got pushed through the drain pipe during construction. So I would highly recommend their services.

I can’t say enough good things about Dakota Rabe. From the very first visit, his integrity and professionalism stood out. I had a plumbing issue that wasn’t immediately obvious, and instead of guessing or recommending unnecessary repairs, he was honest that he couldn’t yet pinpoint the exact cause and made it clear he didn’t want to waste my money fixing the wrong thing. That level of honesty and respect for the customer is rare.
When the issue continued, the company remained responsive and sent additional help. While others were kind and professional, the problem persisted. On the 3rd day when Dakota returned, he stayed until he fully identified the true root cause, something that had been overlooked early on and made sure it was addressed correctly.
What really stands out is that if Dakota had been the technician throughout, the issue may have taken a little longer to diagnose, but it would have been fixed correctly the first time and likely saved money. He is thorough, patient, and clearly committed to doing the job right rather than doing it fast.
Hockers Home Service is very fortunate to have a professional like Dakota Rabe on their team. His work ethic and integrity reflect extremely well on the company, and I would absolutely use their services again as I believe they truly value their customers!

He was responsive to my needs and took the time needed to complete the job professionally and accurately. He was able to identify related problem areas and ensured they were all resolved, explaining each situation clearly to me. If I ever need heating work done in the future, I will be sure to request Matt as my technician of choice.

Jason came to fix a leak coming from the main water supply just before our shut off valve for the house. We had to wait for the city to turn off the water to the house (it took longer than usual to turn off due to an issue with a pipe being bent in our yard) in order for him to fix the leak. He was so very patient with everything and everyone. Jason was amazing to work with and cannot thank him enough for his high quality work within a reasonable time as well! Pricing was reasonable also. Highly recommend this company if they service your area. From the phone call with Michelle to the service job done by Jason, hockers is lucky to have them! Michelle was understanding and personable over the phone and very informative. Thank you again for your work and expertise!

I’m in the trades and I moved into a house that was in need of some pretty big upgrades. I have used Hockers for a huge electric upgrade, boiler issues, and small domestic plumbing issues. Everyone I have dealt with was amazing. I would definitely recommend and will keep calling when I need work done.

I called Hockers on a Monday morning for a technician to provide an estimate on a leaking kitchen drain pipe. Their soonest availability was Tuesday but they put me on a wait list for that day, Monday. I was able to be seen same day due to an opening. Nate Gerrits came to our house and was very professional, helpful, and informative. We were able to schedule the repairs 2 days later. Nate came back to our house for the repairs and did a great job. He communicated the whole way throughout what was happening and what he was doing and let us know what other items in our home needed addressing and provided an estimate same day. Would recommend Nate and Hockers.

They made us feel like our safety was a priority, did amazing work, and their pricing was very reasonable. Conner came out and televised my drain line. He would show me on his iPad what it looked like. We was very helpful and knowledgeable. He ran his camera all the way to the septic tank. Saw there was standing water in the line to the tank, indicating the seepage bed was blocked or not able to handle amounts of water. So was good to know what problem was. Got a sewer contractor then to pump and jet out the seepage bed. Would highly recommend Hockers Plumbing. Have worked with them for 33 years since George was running the business.
