Conner came out and televised my drain line. He would show me on his iPad what it looked like. We was very helpful and knowledgeable. He ran his camera all the way to the septic tank. Saw there was standing water in the line to the tank, indicating the seepage bed was blocked or not able to handle amounts of water. So was good to know what problem was. Got a sewer contractor then to pump and jet out the seepage bed. Would highly recommend Hockers Plumbing. Have worked with them for 33 years since George was running the business.

My wife and I just moved into an old house that’s new to us. We couldn’t get hot water to come out of our shower. I called 3 other plumbers who were either too busy or to apprehensive to do plumbing work on a 100 year old house. When I called Hockers, they sent Todd out the same day to diagnose the problem, and then he came back the next day to do the repair. We can shower again!! Todd was courteous and professional. He was here when he said he was going to be here. A great experience all around.

Prompt, Professional and Skilled! Keegan installed a furnace and air conditioner in our home to replace 20 year old units . Thanks to his expert installation work and amazing product (Daikin) the house now stays at constant warm temperature based on whatever temperature I set the thermostat to. More about Hockers; Matt came out and gave me a quote within days of my initial call. Keegan returned a few weeks later on date we both agreed upon to start the installation as promised. His work was first rate with amazing attention to detail. The job was completed on time and as quoted. I highly recommend Hockers and their technician Matt and Keegan.

Would definitely recommend. Water heater started to leak on a Sunday morning, called Hockers and they put me on the first appointment the next day to diagnose the issue. Todd provided multiple options and we had a new water heater within 24 hours. Price seemed competitive and within what I was expecting, but admittedly did not shop around. Friendly service throughout. Highly recommend.

We had a very minor gas leak happening with our 20 yr old furnace and needed a new valve on the gas line.This was our first call ever to Hockers for help. Matt was very knowledgable, explained what needed to be done, left to go get the part 45 min away and came back to finish the job. He was professional, efficient and kind and did a great job. From my call to Lisa this morning, who was also very pleasant & kind, to the end of the repair, it all was a great experience. The cost was expected and fair on a 20 yr old furnace. Royce’s completed a basic inspection of the electrical supply system to a field power station for a pond aerator & irrigation pump from the electrical breaker to the end users about 100+ feet away. He did not find anything defective but helped me understand how the long run of supply wiring and the relatively small amp draw “could” result in the 20 amp breaker failing to trip when expected to do so. Royce offered a solution for better protecting the aerator pump which I will follow-up on with Hockers later.
The price for the basic inspection ($288) seemed high, but Royce hinted that some portion may be applied to the future work if I decide to move forward.
